I never thought much about enemies until I entered the political world fifteen years ago. I am sure I have always had them because of my boldness in speaking the truth about Jesus; but when I started standing up for what I believe in - in the midst of the political arena, enemies started arising.

I need some perspective right now.

Living in Dallas County, we are in the center of the storm here in Texas. We have the most cases of COVID-19 in the state. In that same era, the First Great Awakening happened in America which for the most part focused on people who were already church members, pulling them away from ritual and ceremony only and making religion “personal” to the average person.

In response to the COVID-19 pandemic, many election dates throughout the state of Texas have been rescheduled by our Governor.

We’ve compiled a list reflecting the aforementioned changes (this list will be continually updated as the situation continues to develop)…

We know the story in Mark 2:1“In those days Caesar Augustus issued a decree that a census should be taken of the entire Roman world” and in verse 3 it says, “And everyone went to his own town to register”.

Our Constitution requires a census every ten years found in Article I, Section 2 which states “Representatives and direct Taxes shall be apportioned among the several States which may be included within this Union, according to their respective Numbers, which shall be determined by adding to the whole Number of free Persons, including those bound to Service for a Term of Years, and excluding Indians not taxed, three fifths of all other Persons. The actual Enumeration shall be made within three Years after the first Meeting of the Congress of the United States, and within every subsequent Term of ten Years, in such Manner as they shall by Law direct.”
