BUNNI POUNDS
Bunni Pounds is the President and Founder of Christians Engaged. She previously served as a political consultant for 16 years, once leading one of the largest political fundraising and consulting firms in Texas, where she worked with state officials and Members of Congress, running their campaigns. In 2018, she ran for Congress herself, becoming the only person in the U.S. endorsed by Vice President Mike Pence during the 2018 Primary Season. Though she came up short, God is now using her 20+ years of Christian ministry and political experience to lead and expand Christians Engaged.
Christians Engaged has been in over 125 churches since it’s launch, created the only 501(c)3 “get out the vote” communication system for the Body of Christ across all 50 states - pushing 76,000+ Christians to pray, vote, and engage regularly before the midterm elections. They are also building a library of on-demand video courses covering civics and biblical understanding on the hot-button issues of our day.
